Agreement to these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Miso Ecosystem website at https://misoecosystem.com. By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The website is run by Edeeson Opina for the Miso Ecosystem, an independent open-source initiative. Questions about these terms can be sent to ed@misoecosystem.com.

Software licenses

RankMiso and DBMiso are free, open-source software released under the MIT License. Your use of the software is governed by the license file in each project's repository, not by these terms. There are no paid plans, subscriptions, or locked features.

Acceptable use

When using the website, please do not:

• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its server;
• use the website to distribute malware or carry out any unlawful activity;
• misrepresent the Miso Ecosystem, including presenting it as a registered company, charity, or official partner of any organization.

Intellectual property

The Miso name, the Miso Ecosystem, RankMiso, and DBMiso names, the logos, and the fox mascot artwork belong to Edeeson Opina. They are not covered by the MIT License. You are welcome to use them to refer to Miso tools, for example in an article or a review, but not in a way that suggests endorsement or that a different product is a Miso product.

The website's text and design may not be copied for another product's website without permission.

Product information

Product pages describe each tool as it currently stands. Software in development can change, and features may be added, changed, or removed.

Third-party links

The website links to other websites, such as GitHub. Those links open in a new tab. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Miso Ecosystem and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. This version is effective as of October 16, 2026. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
